Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MOSES platform provided by Open Network Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("ONS").
Service description
MOSES is a manufacturing execution platform. ONS grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for your internal manufacturing operations during your subscription term.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your admin credentials
- Ensure users of your instance comply with these terms
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Data ownership
You own your data. ONS has a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the contracted services. On termination, we provide a full data export and delete all customer data within 90 days.
Limitation of liability
ONS's liability is limited to 12 months of fees paid in the preceding year. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
