What data we collect
For portal users, we collect: name, email address, role, and session data. For machine telemetry, we store: machine identifiers, sensor readings, timestamps, and operator-submitted form data. We do not collect payment card data — billing is handled by our payment processor.
How we use your data
- To provide the MOSES platform features you have contracted for
- To monitor platform health and investigate incidents
- To send operational notifications (alerts, escalations, reports) as configured by your admin
- We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except subprocessors listed in our Trust Center
Data residency
Managed cloud deployments store data in the region specified in your service agreement (India, UAE, or Singapore). On-premises deployments store all data on your own infrastructure — no data leaves your network.
Your rights (DPDP & GDPR)
- Right to access: request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Right to correction: request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format
